Why We Exist
Dr. Gerica Brown founded Eureka P3 Solutions in 2025 after seeing a gap in the STEM ecosystem. Many young people are drawn to engineering and applied science, but too few get clear guidance on how to navigate education, experiential learning, and early careers. We help organizations close that gap, and grow the talent they need in the process.

“Eureka P3’s (EP3) partnership with LTW is a meaningful investment in the future of our young people. EP3 brings both deep STEM knowledge and real-world professional experience into every interaction, making complex concepts approachable, relevant, and exciting. As someone whose journey and accomplishments our students can see themselves in, Dr. Brown offers far more than instruction, she provides representation, encouragement, and a powerful example of what is possible. Her ability to educate youth while connecting STEM learning to authentic career experiences helps students build both confidence and vision for their own futures.”

Meet the Founder
Gerica Brown, PhD
Founder & Chief Consultant, Eureka P3 Solutions
"I didn't design my path into engineering. It was built for me by people who were intentional. Now I help organizations build those paths on purpose."
-Dr. Gerica Brown
Dr. Gerica Brown's path into STEM started long before she knew it was a path.
A Cincinnati Public Schools student on a college-prep track from the fourth grade, she graduated from Hughes High School's Cincinnati Academy of Math and Science (CAMAS). She took physics and calculus without realizing how much those classes would shape her future. She simply trusted that her teachers were preparing her to succeed in whatever she chose. Lucky for her, they were.
Her physics teacher encouraged her to consider engineering, and NSBE Jr. showed her what that future could look like, opening the door to a scholarship and an internship with GE Aviation. After earning her Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton, she spent nearly a decade with GE (now GE Aerospace). She worked as a Process Engineer and Operations Manager, served as a Six Sigma Black Belt for Global Engine Overhaul Operations, and was a University Relations lead recruiter bringing new engineering talent into the company.
Looking back, she recognized that her path had been shaped by a single mother with an extraordinary work ethic, committed teachers and mentors, and opportunities that arrived at just the right moments. Her part was to show up and make the most of them. She also came to see how rare that combination is, and how much it decides who gets to see themselves in STEM.
That realization changed her career. In 2016, she returned to the University of Dayton to lead the Multi-Ethnic Engineers Program, the same program that had supported her as a student. There she advised NSBE and SHPE and implemented evidence-based practices for student success and persistence. Today, as Assistant Dean for Inclusive Excellence Strategic Initiatives, she leads efforts to attract, recruit and retain engineering students. She earned her PhD in Educational Leadership in 2021, and as a qualitative researcher she studies the experiences of students, faculty, staff and employers across the STEM landscape.
The Lens She Brings
Dr. Brown has been the student, the engineer, the recruiter, the program director and the dean. Few consultants have seen the STEM pathway from every seat, or know as well where talent is found, where it gets lost, and what it takes to keep it.
She founded Eureka P3 Solutions on a simple belief: thriving in STEM shouldn't depend on luck. The pathways that shaped her career can be built on purpose, and she helps organizations do exactly that.
